Shipping:
Small
items and parts will be carefully packaged and shipped via UPS.
Large items (over 100 lbs)
will be crated and shipped via Freight Truck
All
items are available
for local pickup if the buyer would like to avoid shipping costs.
We
will ship within the United States or to Canada only.
Buyers outside of the US
or Canada: Please contact us prior to buying to let us know how you intend
to pay for and ship your item.
The
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including insurance and
a $5.00 handling/packaging fee for UPS shipments. Handling Fee may be
waived for selected items. (See item description)
Items
usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received for parts
orders. Allow up to 10
business days for larger items requiring crating and freight arrangements.
We
will combine multiple purchases into one shipment whenever possible.

Buyer assumes the full risk of shipping:

is the buyer's responsibility to pay for insurance on all items.

are not responsible for damage caused during shipment.

is the Buyer's responsibility to file insurance claims if damage
was incurred during shipment.
Sales
Tax:
Sales
tax will be charged on all items shipped to destinations within the
State of Kansas.

The
Buyer is not to infer or assume that any other items or accessories are
included unless outlined in the item's description.
Returns
All
items should be inspected by buyer upon receipt. If a problem is
found, please notify us immediately (Within 3 days for parts, 10
days for equipment purchases) Returned items must be insured for
the purchase value. Upon receipt of the
item in its original condition we will exchange it with an
identical replacement.
If no replacement is available we will refund the purchase price
only. Items
returned that have been damaged by the buyer will not be eligible
for a refund. Shipping, handling, packaging and insurance charges
are not eligible for refund unless the return is due to an error
by us (i.e. wrong item shipped)
